ANDROS INGREDIENTS
I/ INGREDIENTS:
- Parmesan cream 20g
- ANDROS Pro Syrup Maple Flavoured 10ml
- Grated parmesan cheese 15g
- Whipping cream 150ml
- A pinch of salt
- ANDROS Pro Fruit Mix Banana Caramel 40ml
- Milk 120ml
- Espresso coffee 30ml
- Ice cube
II/ INSTRUCTION:
Cook the ingredient in low heat until the cheese melts. Leave it cool then pour into a siphon bottle, charge gas to make Parmesan cream.
Pour Fruit Mix Banana Caramel, milk, ice cubes and espresso in order into a glass. Top with Parmensan cream. Garnish with banana caramel, coffee beans and green leaves.
