I/ INGREDIENTS: 

• ANDROS Pro Chunky Pink Grapefruit & Yuzu 50ml
• Water 200ml
• Yuzu 50ml
• Tabasco
• Salt
• Smoked salmon chaud-froid
• Apple salad
• Salmon roe
• Grapefruit juice vesicles
• Basil oil
• Sweet alyssum flower
• Penta flower
• Dill

II/ INSTRUCTION:

Heat water and yuzu to a boil, then add Chunky Pink Grapefruit & Yuzu. Add seasonings.
