CREME BRULEE

Creme Brulee is now combined with the fruit flavor to add more concentration, delight sweet and sour, definitely a refreshing breeze for taste bud.
ANDROS INGREDIENTS
I/ INGREDIENTS
- Sugar: 125g
 - Egg yolk: 6
 - Egg: 4
 - Whipping cream: 200g
 - ANDROS Frozen Orange Puree: 100g
 - ANDROS Frozen Raspberry Puree: 100g
 
II/ PREPARATION
- Mix 125g sugar, 6 yolks, 4 eggs, 200g whipping cream
 - Comb the mixture through a sieve
 - Divide the mixture into two
 - Pour into ceramic mold
 - Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes
 - Chill
 - Sprinkle a layer of sugar
 - Use a torch to burn sugar on surface
